HOW TO GET YOUR USER ACCOUNT?
You must fill in the BUSINESS REGISTRATION FORM or the USER REGISTRATION FORM and in a short period of time your account will be activated.
You will receive by fax or e-mail notification once your account is available to be informed of your Registered User Code and the preferential telephone number to log in. 

You will receive your service contract at your home address. A sales manager may arrange a meeting with you if necessary.

How to use the service with charges to the registered user account

  • You must phone our Central Management Unit (24H/ 365D) and provide your Registered User Code. In case you do not provide your Registered User only a taxi on the direct payment modality will be available.
  • Our customer service agents will request the necessary data. Please, provide all the relevant data concerning your pickup and destination location.
  • Our system will immediately dispatch the closest taxi.
  • The taxi driver will notify you his arrival by either an automatic phone alert or an SMS.
  • At the end of the ride, the passenger will have to sign a delivery receipt as a proof of the service and will also receive a copy of it.
  • The service will be charged into your Registered User account.
